Evaluation of the effectiveness of bundle intervention strategies in CRRT treatment for patients with severe acute renal failure
集束化干预方案在重症急性肾衰竭患者CRRT治疗中的效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨集束化护理对重症急性肾衰竭患者CRRT治疗中的影响。方法 纳入我院2023年7月-2024年11月收治的接受连续性肾脏替代治疗的重症患者，应用随机数字表法分为实验组和对比组，各30例。对比组应用常规护理，给予实验组患者应用集束化护理，观察两组临床应用效果。结果 实验组护理干预依从性明显高于对比组，P<0.05。实验组非计划性下机、管道脱落以及低温等不良风险事件发生率均低于对比组，P<0.05。护理前两组生活质量无明显差异，P>0.05。护理后实验组患者生活质量分值高于对比组，P<0.05。结论 给予重症连续性肾脏替代治疗患者应用集束化护理干预，能够提升患者干预依从性，改善生活质量，并有效降低干预过程中不良风险事件发生率，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the Impact of Bundled Nursing Care on CRRT Treatment in Patients with Severe Acute Renal Failure.
Methods Severe patients receiving continuous renal replacement therapy admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to November 2024 were included and divided into experimental group and comparison group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The comparison group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given cluster nursing, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.
Results The nursing intervention compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse risk events such as unplanned disconnection, pipe shedding and low temperature in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing, P>0.05. After nursing, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of cluster nursing intervention to patients with severe continuous renal replacement therapy can improve the intervention compliance of patients, improve the quality of life, and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse risk events during the intervention process, which has clinical application value.
