摘要
目的 分析基于老年综合评估构建的分段式康复护理在脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选取80例脑卒中后认知障碍患者为对象，时间出自2024年8月至2025年8月，随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例），分别给予常规康复护理和基于CGA构建的分段式康复护理。结果 护理后观察组患者MoCA评分、MMSE评分改善明显，SAS评分、SDS评分显示观察组患者更好，与对照组存在统计差异（P<0.05）。结论 基于老年综合评估构建的分段式康复护理，能有效激发患者的认知功能，对于改善患者心理状态也有显著效果。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of phased rehabilitation nursing based on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) in patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction. Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were selected from August 2024 to August 2025 and randomly divided into a control group (40 cases) and an observation group (40 cases). The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received phased rehabilitation nursing based on CGA. Results After nursing, the observation group showed significant improvements in MoCA and MMSE scores, while SAS and SDS scores indicated better outcomes in the observation group compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Phased rehabilitation nursing based on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment can effectively enhance patients' cognitive function and significantly improve their psychological state.
