摘要
本研究主要探讨整合式医养结合模式在军队干休所的应用效果，并从医务人员核心能力视角切入对其进行实证研究，收集相关数据，研究发现整合式医养结合模式可改善军队干休所医疗的服务能力和养老服务能力，并提升军队干休所干部的获得感和幸福感，对军队干休所医养结合模式具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
This study primarily explores the application effectiveness of the integrated medical and elderly care integration model in military retirement homes. Through empirical research from the perspective of medical personnel's core competencies and data collection, the study reveals that this model can enhance the medical service capabilities and elderly care service capabilities of military retirement homes, while improving the sense of fulfillment and happiness among cadres in these facilities. The findings provide valuable reference for the development of integrated medical and elderly care models in military retirement homes.
