The application of comprehensive nursing oriented towards rehabilitation needs in patients with stable coronary heart disease
康复需求为导向的综合护理在冠心病稳定期患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析讨论康复需求为导向的综合护理在冠心病稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法 选择医院（2024年7月-2025年5月）接收的110例冠心病稳定期患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法把他们分成两个组，即观察组/对照组，分别使用不一样的干预方式，即康复需求为导向的综合护理/常规康复护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组护理质量（操作技能、服务态度、责任心、应急能力）优于对照组，生活质量（躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能）高于对照组，观察组心功能指标（LVEF、LVEDD、SV）优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于冠心病稳定期患者采用康复需求为导向的综合护理效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing oriented towards rehabilitation needs in patients with stable coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 110 patients with stable coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital (July 2024-May 2025) were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, by random number table method. Different intervention methods were used respectively, namely comprehensive nursing oriented by rehabilitation needs and conventional rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The nursing quality (operational skills, service attitude, sense of responsibility, emergency response ability) of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the quality of life (physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function) was higher than that of the control group, and the cardiac function indicators (LVEF, LVEDD, SV) of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with stable coronary heart disease, the comprehensive nursing oriented by rehabilitation needs has a significant effect and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
