Implementation and effect evaluation of comfort care in bronchoscopy examination of elderly patients
舒适护理在老年肺结核患者支气管镜检查中的实施与效果评价

摘要

目的 分析在老年肺结核患者支气管镜检查中应用舒适护理的医学价值。方法 应用类实验研究，将2024年7月-2024年12月内就诊的符合纳排标准的80例初治肺结核患者纳入试验研究，以入院时间实施分组，2024年7月-9月的40例患者为对照组，2024年10-12月的40例患者为观察组，以医患沟通信心量表、舒适状况量表进行对比，数据采用SPSS26.0数据统计软件进行数据计算，分析护理前后的数据变化。结果 护理前，差异不具有统计学意义，（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组疾病就诊信心以及躯体舒适性评分，优于对照组，且观察组满意度更高，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在老年肺结核患者支气管镜检查中应用舒适护理可提高躯体舒适性，增加患者对检查的治疗信心，患者认可护理服务，有较高的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying comfortable nursing in bronchoscopy examination of elderly patients with pulmonary tubculosis.
Methods A quasi-experimental study was applied. Eighty cases of primary pulmonary tuberculosis patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in study from July to December 2024. The patients were divided into groups according to the time of admission. Forty patients from July to September 2024 assigned to the control group and 40 patients from October to December 2024 were assigned to the observation group. The Medical Communication Confidence Scale and the Comfort Status were used for comparative observation. The SPSS26.0 data processing software was used for data calculation and analysis of the data changes before and after nursing.
Results There no statistically significant difference before nursing (P﹥0.05). After nursing, the observation group had a better disease visit confidence and a higher physical comfort score than the control. The satisfaction of the observation group was higher, and the comparison was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comfortable nursing in bronchopy examination of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve physical comfort, increase the patients' confidence in the examination and treatment, and the patients recognize the nursing service with high satisfaction.
