Clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology (auricular point pressing beans, traditional Chinese medicine retention enema) in patients with chronic renal failure
中医特色护理技术（耳穴压豆、中药保留灌肠）在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的临床实践

摘要

目的 观察在对慢性肾功能衰竭患者护理时开展中医特色护理技术（耳穴压豆、中药保留灌肠）的作用。方法 在本院2024年4月至2025年4月慢性肾功能衰竭患者中选择66例，数字表随机抽样均分2组（对照组、观察组，各33例）。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行中医特色护理技术（耳穴压豆、中药保留灌肠）。对两组患者症状积分、生活质量水平进行观察。结果 症状积分，观察组护理后低于对照组，P<0.05。生活质量水平，观察组护理后高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对慢性肾功能衰竭患者开展中医特色护理技术（耳穴压豆、中药保留灌肠），有助于改善患者各方面症状，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing technology (Auricular Pressure beans, TCM retention enema) in the nursing of patients with chronic renal failure.
Methods 66 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology (auricular point pressing beans, traditional Chinese medicine retention enema). The symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were observed.
Results the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after nursing, P<0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing, P<0.05.
Conclusion   TCM characteristic nursing technology (auricular point pressing beans, TCM retention enema) for patients with chronic renal failure can help to improve all aspects of symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
