Research on the combination of operating room nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing under root cause analysis for hypertensive fracture patients
根因分析法下的手术室护理联合快速康复护理对高血压骨折患者的研究

摘要

目的 探讨根因分析法下的手术室护理与快速康复护理干预联合应用，评估对高血压骨折患者血压水平及术后恢复情况的影响。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月期间医院手指的高血压骨折患者，共100例，应用随机数字表法将其进行分组，对照组和观察组各50例，对照组患者行常规护理，观察组则在对照组基础上进行快速康复护理与手术室护理，对比两组患者干预后的血压水平、术后并发症发生情况。结果 干预前，两组患者血压水平对比无显著变化（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组收缩压、舒张压分别为（130.49±6.43）mmHg、（81.48±4.96）mmHg，显著低于对照组的血压水平（141.90±7.15）mmHg、（87.16±5.22）mmHg，比较差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组有1例出现并发症，对照组有7例并发症，比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 根因分析法下手术室护理与快速康复护理联合应用，患者血压得到有效控制，且显著降低不良反应发生情况，有着显著的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the combined application of operating room nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention under root cause analysis, and to evaluate its impact on blood pressure levels and postoperative recovery in patients with hypertensive fractures.
Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive fractures of fingers in the hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and grouped by random number table method, with 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group. Patients in the control group received routine care, while those in the observation group received rapid rehabilitation care and operating room care on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure levels and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups of patients after intervention were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant change in blood pressure levels between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After the intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were (130.49±6.43) mmHg and (81.48±4.96) mmHg respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group [(141.90±7.15) mmHg and (87.16±5.22) mmHg], and the difference was significant (P<0.05). There was 1 case of complication in the observation group and 7 cases in the control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of operating room nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing under the root cause analysis method has effectively controlled the blood pressure of patients and significantly reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions, which has significant clinical value.
