慢性呼吸道疾病患者健康教育与依从性护理研究

摘要

目的 构建“需求分层-多维教育-动态依从性管理”体系,探究其对慢性呼吸道疾病(COPD、哮喘)患者认知、依从性及急性加重的影响。方法 选取2025年2月-2025年7月78例患者,随机分对照组(39例,常规护理)与实验组(39例,需求分层健康教育+依从性强化护理),干预6个月后比较认知评分、MMAS-8评分及急性加重频率。结果 实验组认知评分、MMAS-8评分高于对照组,急性加重频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 该体系可提升认知与依从性,减少急性加重,具临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To construct a "needs stratification - multi-dimensional education - dynamic compliance management" system, and explore its effects on cognition, compliance and acute exacerbation in patients with chronic respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma).
Methods A total of 78 patients from February2025to JuIy2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (39 cases, routine nursing) and the experimental group (39 cases, needs-stratified health education + compliance-enhanced nursing). After 6 months of intervention, cognitive scores, MMAS-8 scores and frequency of acute exacerbations were compared between the two groups.
Results The cognitive score and MMAS-8 score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the frequency of acute exacerbations was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   This system can improve cognition and compliance, reduce acute exacerbations, and has clinical value.
