摘要
目的 探究急诊多发伤用基于MEWS评分系统的急救护理的作用。方法 随机均分2024年8月-2025年7月本院急诊科接诊的多发伤病人（N=78）。试验组采取基于MEWS评分系统的急救护理，对照组行常规急救护理。对比抢救成功率等指标。结果 关于抢救成功率：试验组97.44%，对照组84.62%，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组（99.01±0.51）分，对照组（93.46±0.83）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。抢救时间、分诊评估时间与检查完成时间：试验组（70.42±9.81）min、（1.86±0.34）min、（9.97±2.03）min，对照组（101.39±13.54）min、（3.79±0.61）min、（17.85±3.04）min，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 急诊多发伤病人用基于MEWS评分系统的急救护理，其抢救效率与护理质量均显著提升。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of emergency nursing care based on the MEWS scoring system for multiple trauma patients. Methods A total of 78 multiple trauma patients admitted to our hospital's emergency department between August 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received nursing care based on the MEWS scoring system, while the control group received conventional nursing care. Comparison indicators included rescue success rates. Results Regarding rescue success rates: 97.44% in the experimental group vs. 84.62% in the control group (P<0.05). Nursing quality scores: 99.01±0.51 vs. 93.46±0.83 (significant difference P<0.05). Rescue time, triage assessment time, and examination completion time: 70.42±9.81 vs. 101.39±13.54 min; 1.86±0.34 vs. 3.79±0.61 min; 9.97±2.03 vs. 17.85±3.04 min (significant difference P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing care based on the MEWS scoring system significantly improves both rescue efficiency and nursing quality for multiple trauma patients.
