Effect of quality care on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with obesity with metformin combined with Liraglutide
优质护理在二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨对二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者采用优质护理的临床效果。方法对我院2024年1月至2025年1月我院收治的2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者展开研究，将符合研究标准的患者纳入此研究组（共计100例），并以均分的形式分入对照组及观察组，给予对照组常规护理、给予观察组优质护理。对比区别护理成效，记录分析两组研究数据，鉴别组间差异，即：血糖指标、体重相关指标、治疗依从性、生活质量。结果 干预后，空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白各指标均见观察组体现低水平，对照组指标相对偏高；体重指数、体脂率均观察组体现低水平，对照组指标相对偏高；治疗依从性观察组对比参照组更高；生活质量评分研究组对比参照组分值更高；两组各项数据均见明显差异（P<0.05）。结论 二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者经优质护理后，患者血糖与体重指标均改善情况明显，治疗依从性及生活质量提升情况显著，具有临床采纳应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-quality nursing care in metformin combined with liraglutide therapy for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with obesity.
Methods This study analyzed T2DM patients with obesity admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Eligible patients were divided into a control group (100 cases) and an observation group, with the control group receiving standard care and the observation group receiving enhanced nursing care. The effectiveness of these interventions was compared through recording and analyzing data on blood glucose levels, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, treatment adherence, and quality of life.
Results Post-intervention analysis showed that both fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial glucose, and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group. The observation group also demonstrated lower BMI and body fat percentage levels than the control group. Treatment adherence was higher in the observation group than the control group, and quality of life scores were higher in the observation group. Significant differences were observed in all metrics between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of metformin and liraglutide with high-quality nursing care for T2DM with obesity patients resulted in marked improvements in blood glucose and body weight control, along with significant enhancements in treatment adherence and quality of life. This approach demonstrates clinical applicability and holds therapeutic value.
