The influence of preventive health care and rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with hypertension
预防保健与康复护理对老年高血压患者的影响

摘要

目的 剖析老年高血压患者接受预防保健与康复护理后产生的健康效应。方法 选取2024年9月至2025年9月于我院就诊的90例老年高血压患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施预防保健与康复护理。比较两组血压水平、生活质量、心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组收缩压、舒张压、SAS、SDS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组，GQOLI-74各维度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 给老年高血压患者提供预防保健和康复护理服务，能够有效调节并控制其血压状况，改善生活质量和心理状态，降低并发症发生率，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the health effects of elderly hypertensive patients receiving preventive and rehabilitation care.
Methods Ninety elderly patients with hypertension who visited our hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received preventive and rehabilitation care. Compare the blood pressure levels, quality of life, psychological status, and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results The observation group had lower systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, SAS, SDS scores, and incidence of complications compared to the control group. The GQOLI-74 scores in all dimensions were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing preventive healthcare and rehabilitation nursing services to elderly patients with hypertension can effectively regulate and control their blood pressure status, improve their quality of life and psychological state, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth promoting and applying.
