Study on the effect of discharge guidance and follow-up nursing after cerebral artery stent implantation on patient compliance
脑动脉支架植入术后出院指导与随访护理对患者依从性的效果研究

摘要

目的 探究脑动脉支架植入术后给予出院指导与随访护理的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月，在我院行脑动脉支架植入术患者30例，采用抛硬币法随机分组，各15例。对照组给予常规出院告知，观察组实施全面的出院指导与随访护理。统计出院后服药依从性，监测血压血糖指标变化，评估生活质量评分。 结果 服药依从性统计，观察组频率、剂量、时间均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；监测各项生理指标变化，观察组血压及血糖达标率明显提高，而TC（4.12±0.46）、TG（1.36±0.24）、LDL-C（2.26±0.41）优于对照组（P＜0.05）；评估生活质量，观察组各评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 脑动脉支架置入术患者开展出院前指导和后续随访护理干预，显著提高患者用药依从性，确保治疗效果得到延续，使其生活质量得到明显的改善，建议应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of discharge guidance and follow-up nursing after cerebral artery stent implantation surgery.
Methods Thirty patients who underwent cerebral artery stent implantation surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into two groups using the coin toss method, with 15 patients in each group. The control group received routine discharge notification, while the observation group received comprehensive discharge guidance and follow-up care. Monitor medication adherence after discharge, monitor changes in blood pressure and blood glucose indicators, and evaluate quality of life scores.
Results According to medication adherence statistics, the observation group had better frequency, dosage, and duration than the control group (P<0.05); Monitoring changes in various physiological indicators, the observation group showed a significant increase in blood pressure and blood glucose compliance rates, while TC (4.12 ± 0.46), TG (1.36 ± 0.24), and LDL-C (2.26 ± 0.41) were superior to the control group (P<0.05); Evaluating the quality of life, the observation group had higher scores than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Pre discharge guidance and follow-up nursing interventions for patients undergoing cerebral artery stent implantation can significantly improve their medication compliance, ensure the continuation of treatment effects, and significantly improve their quality of life. It is recommended to apply them.
