摘要
目的 将综合护理用于行纤维板剥脱术的慢性结核性包裹性脓胸患者中，对其应用效果进行探究。方法 选取2024年6月-2025年6月本院收治的74例慢性结核性包裹性脓胸患者，所有患者均接受纤维板剥脱术治疗，根据护理方案进行分组，对照组37例行常规护理，观察组37例行综合护理，对两组干预结果进行对比。结果 两组置管时间、住院时间比较，观察组更短，两组VAS评分比较，观察组更低（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较，观察组5.41%更低（P<0.05）；干预前，两组SF-36评分比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组SF-36评分更高（P<0.05）；两组护理满意度比较，观察组97.30%更高（P<0.05）。结论 对接受纤维板剥脱术治疗的慢性结核性包裹性脓胸而言，实施综合护理可获得满意效果，既能缩短住院时间，减轻疼痛，减少并发症，还可改善患者生活质量，有效提升护理满意度，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic tuberculous encapsulated empyema who underwent fiberboard stripping. Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic tuberculous encapsulated empyema admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected. All patients received fiberboard exfoliation treatment. They were divided into groups according to the nursing plan. 37 patients in the control group received routine nursing, and 37 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The intervention results of the two groups were compared. Results The comparison of catheterization time and hospital stay between the two groups showed that the observation group had a shorter time. The comparison of VAS scores between the two groups showed that the observation group had a lower score (P<0.05). The comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups showed that 5.41% was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that 97.30% was higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion For chronic tuberculous encapsulated empyema treated with fiberboard exfoliation, the implementation of comprehensive nursing can achieve satisfactory results. It can not only shorten the length of hospital stay, relieve pain, reduce complications, but also improve the quality of life of patients and effectively enhance nursing satisfaction, which has high application value.
