A study on the efficacy of McKenzie therapy combined with trigger point acupuncture for lumbar disc herniation
麦肯基疗法联合激痛点针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究

摘要

目的 分析麦肯基疗法联合激痛点针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法 本次研究的时间范围在2024年5月份至2025年5月份，纳入患者的数量为60例，平均分成对照组和观察组，每组30例患者，对照组麦肯基疗法，观察组在对照组基础上提供辅助激痛点针刺，对比两组患者的疼痛程度、腰椎功能、腰部活动度分析。结果 两组患者通过不同的治疗方案后，观察组患者疼痛程度更轻，p<0.05，对比患者的腰椎功能水平，观察组优于对照组，p<0.05，分析两组患者的腰椎活动度，观察组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者提供麦肯基疗法联合激痛点针刺治疗，减轻患者疼痛的同时，提升患者的腰椎功能，改善患者的腰部活动度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of McKenzie therapy combined with trigger point acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
Methods The time range of this study was from May 2024 to May 2025. A total of 60 patients were included and evenly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received McKenki therapy, while the observation group was provided with auxiliary trigger point acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, lumbar function, and lumbar range of motion of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After different treatment regimens were adopted for the two groups of patients, the pain degree of the patients in the observation group was milder, p<0.05. Comparing the lumbar function level of the patients, the observation group was better than the control group, p<0.05. Analyzing the lumbar range of motion of the two groups of patients, the observation group was better than the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, McKenzie therapy combined with trigger point acupuncture treatment is provided. This not only alleviates the pain of the patients but also enhances their lumbar function and improves their range of motion in the waist.
