The effect of predictive nursing in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer undergoing pertuzumab targeted therapy
HER2阳性乳腺癌患者行帕妥珠单抗靶向治疗过程中应用预见性护理的效果

摘要

目的 分析对HER2阳性乳腺癌患者行帕妥珠单抗靶向治疗期间开展预见性护理的应用效果。方法随机选取2022年1月至2025年1月期间在我院接受帕妥珠单抗靶向治疗的HER2阳性乳腺癌患者68例，根据随机数字表法分成34例观察组与34例对照组。治疗期间对照组行常规护理，观察组给予预见性护理。对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的焦虑程度明显轻于对照组，遵医行为高于对照组，治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组，患者的生存质量评分均高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 对行帕妥珠单抗靶向治疗的HER2阳性乳腺癌患者采取预见性护理干预，能够进一步提升临床护理质量，有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪，增强患者的遵医行为，减少治疗不良反应发生，提升疾病控制效果，改善患者生存质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing during pertuzumab targeted therapy in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.
Methods A total of 68 patients with HER2-positive breast cancer who received pertuzumab targeted therapy in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly selected and divided into 34 observation groups and 34 control groups according to the random number table method. During the treatment period, the control group received routine care, while the observation group was given predictive care. Compare and analyze the nursing effects achieved by the two groups.
Results The anxiety level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the compliance behavior was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse treatment reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Predictive nursing intervention for HER2-positive breast cancer patients undergoing pertuzumab targeted therapy can further improve the quality of clinical nursing, effectively alleviate patients' anxiety, enhance their compliance with medical advice, reduce the occurrence of adverse treatment reactions, improve disease control effects, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
