The value of predictive nursing with integrated medical care in perioperative care of ureteroscopic lithotripsy
医护一体化的预见性护理在输尿管软镜碎石术围术期护理中的价值

摘要

目的 探讨医护一体化的预见性护理在输尿管软镜碎石术围术期护理中的价值。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月内接收的行输尿管软镜碎石术患者100例，按随机数字表分对照组和观察组，各50例。其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用医护一体化的预见性护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组各项围术期指标均优于对照组；并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 实施医护一体化的预见性护理能有效改善行输尿管软镜碎石术患者的围术期指标，降低其并发症发生率，提高其护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the value of predictive nursing in the perioperative care of ureteroscopic lithotripsy with integrated medical care.
Methods 100 patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy between January 2024 and May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 patients in each group, according to a random number table. The control group received routine nursing methods, while the observation group received predictive nursing that integrated medical care. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.
Results All perioperative indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group; The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing predictive nursing with integrated medical care can effectively improve perioperative indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy, with high application value.
