The impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rates of difficult childbirth and neonatal asphyxia in delivery room nursing
综合护理干预对产房护理中产妇难产率、新生儿窒息率的影响

摘要

目的 探究产房护理中采用综合护理干预对产妇难产率和新生儿窒息率的影响。方法 选取我院产房 2023年8月至2024年6月收治的72例产妇作为观察对象，随机将产妇分为观察组（36例）和对照组（36例）。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组产妇的难产率、新生儿窒息率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组产妇难产率、新生儿窒息率显著低于对照组，患者护理满意度更高，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预应用于产房护理中的效果显著，能够有效降低产妇难产率和新生儿窒息率，还能提高患者护理满意度，值得在产房护理中进行推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing interventions on the rates of difficult childbirth and neonatal asphyxia in delivery room nursing.
Methods 72 postpartum women admitted to our hospital's delivery room from August 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation subjects, and were randomly divided into an observation group (36 cases) and a control group (36 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Compare the rates of difficult childbirth, neonatal asphyxia, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of parturients.
Results The incidence of difficult childbirth and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction with nursing was higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in delivery room nursing has significant effects, effectively reducing the rates of difficult childbirth and neonatal asphyxia, and improving patient satisfaction with nursing care. It is worth promoting and applying in delivery room nursing.
