Observation of nursing intervention based on self-regulation theory combined with alginate dressing in postoperative patients with AIDS complicated with perianal abscess
自我调节理论的护理干预结合藻酸盐敷料在艾滋病合并肛周脓肿术后患者的观察

摘要

目的 分析自我调节理论的护理干预结合藻酸盐敷料对艾滋病合并肛周脓肿术后患者的效果。方法收集2023年1月-2023年12月期间的30例艾滋病合并肛周脓肿患者资料，作为对照组（n=30例，常规护理）。再收集2024年1月-2024年12月期间的30例同类患者资料，作为观察组（n=30例，基于自我调节理论的护理干预结合藻酸盐敷料）。对比两组创面恢复情况、疾病认知、遵医行为、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的创面恢复情况、疾病认知情况、遵医行为，均明显优于对照组，且疼痛程度与术后并发症发生率，均明显更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对艾滋病合并肛周脓肿术后患者实施基于自我调节理论的护理干预结合藻酸盐敷料，可有效减轻术后疼痛、促进创面恢复、提升患者的疾病认知及遵医行为。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on self-regulation theory combined with alginate dressing on postoperative patients with AIDS complicated with perianal abscess.
Methods The data of 30 patients with AIDS complicated with perianal abscess from January 2023 - December 2023 were collected as the control group (n=30 cases, routine nursing). Collect data from 30 similar patients between January 2024 and December 2024 as the observation group (n=30, nursing interventions based on self-regulation theory combined with alginate dressings). Compare the wound recovery, disease awareness, compliance behavior, and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results The wound recovery, disease awareness, and adherence to medical treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the degree of pain and incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention based on self-regulation theory combined with alginate dressing for postoperative patients with AIDS complicated with perianal abscess can effectively reduce postoperative pain, promote wound recovery, and enhance patients' disease awareness and medical compliance behavior.
