基于循证的健康管理专科护理干预实践与教育一体化模式构建与应用研究

摘要

目的 构建一种基于循证的健康管理专科护理干预实践与教育一体化模式,并探讨其应用效果。方法 本研究回顾性选择2024年1月至6月于本院健康管理专科实习的20名实习生设为对照组,未采用基于循证的健康管理专科护理干预实践与教育一体化模式开展教学;2024年7月至12月20名实习生为研究组,采用基于循证的健康管理专科护理干预实践与教育一体化模式开展教学。对比分析对照组和研究组实习生的干预效果。结果 与对照组相比,研究组实习生的理论知识与实践技能考核成绩均显著提升,在综合素养等多个维度的评分也呈现明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对健康管理专科实习的实习生,采用基于循证的健康管理专科护理干预实践与教育一体化模式能够提高其综合素养能力。

Abstract

Objective To construct an integrated model of evidence-based health management specialty nursing intervention practice and education, and to explore the of its application.
Methods This study retrospectively selected 20 interns who had practiced in our health management major from January to June 2024 as the control group and did not adopt the integrated model of evidence-based health management specialty nursing intervention practice and education. From July to December 2024, 20 interns were assigned to study group, and the integrated model of evidence-based health management specialty nursing intervention practice and education was implemented. The intervention effects of the interns in the control group and the study group compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group,the scores of the theory and practical skills of the interns in the study group were significantly improved,and the scores of several including comprehensive quality were also significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The adoption of the integrated model of evidence- health management specialty nursing intervention practice and education for the interns in health management major can improve their comprehensive quality.
