Effectiveness of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients
早期康复护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨早期康复护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果及临床价值。方法 回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年1月我院收治的66例脑卒中患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组33例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复护理，包括康复评估、体位护理、运动训练、语言与吞咽训练、心理干预及并发症预防，比较两组患者干预前后神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）、Barthel指数（BI）、平均住院时间及并发症发生率。结果 两组干预前指标差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），干预后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组，BI评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组平均住院时间缩短，并发症发生率降低（P<0.05）。结论 早期康复护理能够显著促进脑卒中患者的神经功能恢复和生活自理能力，提高康复质量，值得在临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness and clinical value of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 66 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. Using a randomized digital table method, patients were divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (33 cases). The control group received standard care, while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing including rehabilitation assessment, positional care, exercise training, speech and swallowing therapy, psychological intervention, and complication prevention. Comparison was made of neurological deficits scores (NIHSS), Barthel Index (BI), average hospitalization duration, and complication rates before and after interventions.
Results No statistically significant differences were observed in pre-intervention indicators between groups (P>0.05). Post-intervention, the observation group showed lower NIHSS scores and higher BI scores compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). The observation group also demonstrated shorter average hospital stays and reduced complication rates (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation nursing significantly promotes neurological recovery and self-care abilities in stroke patients, improves rehabilitation quality, and is clinically recommended for widespread adoption.
