The impact of comfortable nursing on the psychological state, sleep quality, and pain sensation of chronic rhinosinusitis patients after nasal endoscopy
慢性鼻窦炎病人鼻内镜术后应用舒适护理对其心理状态与睡眠质量及疼痛感的影响

摘要

目的 分析慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后行舒适护理的影响。方法 选择2024年4月-2025年4月我院五官科60例慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者，随机数表将其分为对照组（30例）、观察组（30例），分别常规护理、舒适护理；比较两组心理状态（SAS、SDS）、疼痛评分（VAS）、睡眠质量（PSQI）、并发症及护理满意度。结果 观察组SAS、SDS、VAS、PSQI评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症少于对照组，满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理可减轻慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后疼痛感，舒缓患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，改善睡眠质量，减少并发症，获得认可。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.
Methods Sixty patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated by endoscopic sinus surgery in our department of otorhinolaryngology from April 2024 to April 225 were selected. They were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) by random number table. Conventional nursing and comfortable nursing were for the control group and the observation group, respectively. The psychological status (SAS, SDS), pain score (VAS), sleep quality (PSQI) complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The scores of SAS, SDS, VAS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The observation group had less complications than the control group and higher satisfaction than the control group (P < 0.0).
Conclusion   Comfortable nursing can reduce the pain after endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis patients, relieve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve sleep quality reduce complications and gain recognition.
