慎独精神作为中国传统伦理思想的重要组成部分，强调在无人监督时仍能恪守道德准则、严于律己。在现代护理工作中，尤其是在工作强度大、风险高、责任重的心内科，慎独精神是衡量护士职业道德水平和专业素养的核心标尺。本文综述了慎独精神在心内科护理工作中的重要性，分析了其在保障患者安全、提升护理质量、促进团队协作及维护职业形象等方面的关键作用，并探讨了通过加强职业道德教育、完善管理制度、营造文化氛围、强化自我修养等策略培养护士慎独精神的路径，以期为提高心内科护理服务质量提供理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract

The spirit of self-discipline, as an important component of traditional Chinese ethical thought, emphasizes adhering to moral standards and being strict with oneself even when unsupervised. In modern nursing work, especially in the cardiology department where the workload is intense, the risk is high and the responsibility is heavy, the spirit of self-discipline is the core yardstick for measuring the professional ethics and professional quality of nurses. This article reviews the significance of the spirit of self-discipline in the nursing work of cardiology, analyzes its key role in ensuring patient safety, improving nursing quality, promoting teamwork and maintaining professional image, and explores the paths to cultivate the spirit of self-discipline among nurses through strategies such as strengthening professional ethics education, improving management systems, creating a cultural atmosphere and enhancing self-cultivation.
