Evaluation of psychological care for improving negative emotions in elderly diabetic patients
心理护理对老年糖尿病患者负性情绪的改善评价

摘要

目的 文章对老年糖尿病患者开展研究，总结临床心理护理策略，观察其对患者负性情绪的改善效果。方法 将我院2024年1月-2025年1月收治的老年糖尿病患者纳入本次研究（100例），经患者自愿同意以及伦理委员会批准后展开本次研究，采用电脑随机抽取的形式对患者进行分组，纳入参照组者均接受常规护理（共50例）、纳入研究组者均加强心理护理（共50例），观察护理效果，记录并对比患者负性情绪、血糖指标各项数据，利用统计学工具对获取数据进行比对分析，观察护理方案的有效性及价值。结果 SAS、SDS评分记录，护理前评分两组无明显差异（P>0.05），护理后评分研究组分值较低于参照组（P＜0.05）；FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平各项指标记录，护理前两组水平无差异（P>0.05），护理后研究组对比参照组均处于较低水平（P＜0.05）；结论 对老年糖尿病患者加强心理护理可有效缓解其负性情绪，有助于血糖水平控制，促使患者生活质量改善，提高护理满意度，应用效果显著，值得临床应用及推广。

Abstract

Objective To carry out research on elderly patients with diabetes, summarize clinical psychological nursing strategies, and observe the improvement effect on patients' negative emotions.
Methods The elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were included in this study (100 cases). The study was carried out after the voluntary consent of the patients and the approval of the Ethics Committee. The patients were randomly divided into groups in the form of computer sampling. Those included in the reference group received routine care (50 cases in total), and those included in the study group strengthened psychological care (50 cases in total). The nursing effect was observed, and the data of patients' negative emotions and blood glucose indicators were recorded and compared. Statistical tools were used to compare and analyze the data obtained, and observe the effectiveness and value of the nursing program.
Results The SAS and SDS scoring records showed no significant difference in pre nursing scores between the two groups (P>0.05), while the post nursing scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); The levels of FPG, 2hPG, and HbA1c were recorded, and there was no significant difference in the levels between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the study group was at a lower level compared to the reference group (P<0.05);
Conclusion   Strengthening psychological care for elderly patients with diabetes can effectively alleviate their negative emotions, help control blood sugar levels, promote the improvement of patients' quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction. The application effect is significant, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
