案例教学法联合角色扮演在精神科护理教学中的应用及可行性研究

摘要
目的 探究案例教学法联合角色扮演在精神科护理教学中的应用方式,为优化精神科护理教学体系提供参考依据。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月本院61名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(31人)和对照组(30人)。对照组采用传统的讲授式教学方法,试验组应用案例教学法联合角色扮演进行教学。对比两组护士的理论知识掌握程度、实际操作技能水平、沟通能力、应急处置能力以及对教学模式的满意度。结果 试验组护士在理论知识合格人数、操作技能达标人数、沟通有效人数、应急处置正确人数方面均多于对照组,总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 案例教学法联合角色扮演在精神科护理教学中的应用效果显著,具有较高的可行性。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application mode of case teaching method combined with role-playing in psychiatric nursing teaching, and to provide a reference basis for optimizing the psychiatric nursing teaching system. Methods A total of 61 nurses from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group (31 people) and the control group (30 people) according to the random number table method. The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching method, while the experimental group was taught using the case teaching method combined with role-playing. Compare the theoretical knowledge mastery, practical operation skills, communication ability, emergency response ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode of the two groups of nurses. Results The number of nurses in the experimental group who were qualified in theoretical knowledge, met the standards in operational skills, communicated effectively, and handled emergencies correctly was all higher than that in the control group, and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method combined with role-playing in psychiatric nursing teaching has a remarkable effect and high feasibility.
