摘要
目的 分析互动健康教育护理模式对小儿肺炎干预的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月期间收治的小儿肺炎患儿100例,选择其中2024年1月-2024年6月收治的50例患儿作为对照组(采取常规护理);选择2024年7月-2024年12月收治的50例患儿作为观察组(采用互动健康教育护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组炎症指标水平和低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对小儿肺炎患儿实施互动健康教育护理模式取得明显效果,有效降低患儿炎症指标水平,缩短症状消失时间,提高其家长满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the interactive health education and nursing model in the intervention of pediatric pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 pediatric patients with pneumonia were selected from January 2024 to December 2024. Fifty patients admitted between January and June 2024 were selected as the control group (standard care), while fifty patients admitted between July and December 2024 were selected as the observation group (interactive health education and nursing). The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The inflammatory markers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had a shorter time to symptom resolution compared to the control group (P<0.05). Parents of patients in the observation group reported higher satisfaction with nursing care than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing the interactive health education and nursing model for pediatric pneumonia patients has shown significant benefits, effectively reducing inflammatory markers, shortening symptom resolution time, and improving parental satisfaction.
