Application of health behavior interaction model nursing intervention in perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding patients
健康行为互动模式护理干预在围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探究健康行为互动模式护理干预在围绝经期异常子宫出血（AUB）护理中的应用效果。方法选取2024年6月-2025年6月期间我院收治的80例AUB患者为研究对象，随机法分为对照组、观察组，各40例，前者常规护理，后者实施基于健康行为互动模式的护理干预。对干预效果进行比较。结果 ①自我护理能力：干预后，各指标评分提升，均观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。②并发症发生率：观察组5.00%，对照组22.50%，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 健康行为互动模式护理干预在围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中，应用效果理想，可提升患者自护能力、降低并发症发生率，可行。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of health behavior interaction model nursing intervention in the care of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB).
Methods A total of 80 AUB patients admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received nursing intervention based on the health behavior interaction model. The intervention effects were compared.
Results ① Self-care ability: After the intervention, the scores of all indicators increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). ② Complication rate: The rate was 5.00% in the observation group and 22.50% in the control group, with the observation group being lower than the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of health behavior interaction model nursing intervention in perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding patients is ideal. It can enhance patients' self-care ability and reduce the incidence of complications, and is feasible.
