摘要
目的 分析多模式镇痛护理对肝癌介入治疗患者疼痛程度及焦虑症状的影响。方法 本次选择80例患者，时间为2024年1月份至2024年12月份，分成对照组和实验组，对照组提供常规镇痛，实验组基于多模式的镇痛模式，对比两组患者疼痛程度、情绪状态；不良反应发生率。结果 两组患者通过不同的干预模式后，实验组患者疼痛程度更轻，P<0.05，评估患者情绪状态，实验组患者的情绪状态更为稳定，p<0.05，对比患者不良反应发生率，实验组更低，p<0.05。结论 对肝癌介入治疗的患者提供多模式镇痛护理，可以减轻患者的疼痛程度，改善患者情绪状态，降低不良反应发生率，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of multimodal analgesic nursing on pain and anxiety symptoms in patients with liver cancer interventional therapy. Methods A total of 80 patients were selected from January 2024 to December 2024, and they were divided into control group and experimental group. Incidence of adverse reactions. Results After different intervention modes, the pain level of patients in the experimental group was lower in the experimental group (P<0.05), and the emotional state of the patients in the experimental group was more stable, P<0.05, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower, P<0.05. Conclusion s The provision of multimodal analgesic care for patients undergoing interventional therapy for liver cancer can reduce the pain level, improve the emotional state of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth advocating.
