The role of foreseeable nursing in accelerating the rehabilitation of patients with suppurative shoulder arthritis
预见性护理在加速化脓性肩关节炎患者康复中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨预见性护理对加速化脓性肩关节炎患者的康复效果。方法 在2023年5月－2024年5月本院收治的加速化脓化性肩关节炎患者中选取80例作为研究对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（40例，常规护理）与观察组（40例，预见性护理）。对两组患者的症状改善情况、疼痛评分（VAS）、肩关节功能评分、炎症指标（CRP、ESR）进行对比。结果 观察组症状评分、VAS评分、CRP、ESR水平低于对照组，肩关节功能评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理能有效缓解加速化脓化性肩关节炎患者的关节疼痛和晨僵症状等症状，改善关节功能，促进康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of foreseen nursing on patients with accelerated suppurative shoulder arthritis.
Methods Among the patients with accelerated suppurative shoulder arthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2023 to May 2024, 80 cases were selected as the study subjects. The number table was randomly divided into the control group (40 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group (40 cases, foresight care). The symptom improvement, pain score (VAS), shoulder function score and inflammation index (CRP, ESR) of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The symptom score, VAS score, CRP and ESR level of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the shoulder joint function score was higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Predictive nursing can effectively relieve joint pain and morning stiffness symptoms in patients with accelerated suppurative shoulder arthritis, improve joint function and promote rehabilitation.
