柔性管理应用于小儿神经外科护理管理的研究

摘要

目的 对于柔性管理应用于小儿神经外科护理管理的研究记录分析讨论。方法 选择我院2023年6月-2024年6月小儿神经外科护士20人为研究对象，2023.06-2023.12（合计6个月）开展常规管理，作为对照组；2024年1月-2024年6月（合计6个月）开展柔性管理，作为观察组，期间未发生人事变动，对两组护士管理满意度与护理质量进行比较。结果 观察组护士对管理的满意度（95.00%）明显高于对照组，护理质量[操作技能（8.94±0.73）分，服务态度（8.78±0.65）分，责任心（8.95±0.71）分，应急能力（9.03±0.95）分]优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿神经外科护理管理中，柔性管理实施的效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the research records on the application of flexible management in pediatric neurosurgery nursing management.
Methods Select 20 pediatric neurosurgery nurses from our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 as the research subjects, and conduct routine management from June 2023 to December 2023 (a total of 6 months) as the control group; From January 2024 to June 2024 (a total of 6 months), flexible management was carried out as an observation group, during which no personnel changes occurred. The satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups of nurses were compared in terms of management.
Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group nurses with management (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the nursing quality [operating skills score (8.94 ± 0.73), service attitude score (8.78 ± 0.65), sense of responsibility score (8.95 ± 0.71), emergency response ability score (9.03 ± 0.95)] was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing management of pediatric neurosurgery, the implementation of flexible management has a significant effect and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
