Research on the nursing strategy of early functional exercise for patients with femoral neck fracture during rehabilitation
股骨颈骨折患者康复早期功能锻炼护理策略研究

摘要

目的 探讨康复早期功能锻炼护理对股骨颈骨折术后患者功能恢复及并发症控制的影响。方法 将80例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施康复早期功能锻炼，包括循序渐进的床上运动、坐立及步态训练。比较两组在术后14天的Harris髋关节功能评分、Barthel指数、不同时间点的NRS疼痛评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组在功能恢复、疼痛缓解及日常生活能力改善方面均显著优于对照组，并发症发生率明显降低。结论 康复早期开展功能锻炼护理能有效促进股骨颈骨折术后髋关节功能恢复，改善患者生活质量，降低并发症风险，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of early functional exercise nursing on the functional recovery and complication control of patients after femoral neck fracture surgery.
Methods 80 patients with femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group implemented early functional exercise on this basis, including progressive bed exercises, sitting and standing, and gait training. The Harris hip function score, Barthel index, NRS pain score at different time points, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups 14 days after surgery.
Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of functional recovery, pain relief, and improvement in daily living ability, with a significantly lower incidence of complications.
Conclusion   Early functional exercise nursing during rehabilitation can effectively promote the recovery of hip joint function after femoral neck fracture surgery, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the risk of complications, which has high clinical promotion value.
