摘要

本文系统探讨了芳香疗法与叙事护理在非小细胞肺癌患者治疗期的综合应用效果。通过分析芳香疗法的药理机制及叙事护理的心理干预模式，结合临床实践案例，证实这两种互补性干预措施能有效缓解患者疼痛、焦虑抑郁情绪，改善睡眠质量，提升治疗依从性和生活质量。但在实践推广和科学研究方面，面临着证据质量局限、标准化不足等问题。未来可从加强临床研究、推动标准化和规范化、加强专业教育培训等方面进行推进。随着证据基础不断充实和实践经验不断积累，芳香疗法结合叙事护理有望成为非小细胞肺癌多学科综合治疗中的重要组成部分，为患者提供更加全面、整体的照护。

Abstract

This article systematically explores the comprehensive application effect of aromatherapy and narrative nursing in the treatment period of non-small cell lung cancer patients. By analyzing the pharmacological mechanism of aromatherapy and the psychological intervention mode of narrative nursing, combined with clinical practice cases, it is confirmed that these two complementary intervention measures can effectively alleviate patients' pain, anxiety and depression, improve sleep quality, enhance treatment compliance and quality of life. However, in terms of practical promotion and scientific research, there are problems such as limited evidence quality, insufficient standardization. In the future, efforts can be made to strengthen clinical research, promote standardization and normalization, enhance professional education and training. With the continuous enrichment of the evidence base and the accumulation of practical experience, the combination of aromatherapy and narrative nursing is expected to become an important component of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment for non-small cell lung cancer, providing patients with more comprehensive and holistic care.
