Application of procedural nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopy surgery
胃肠镜检查术中流程化护理的应用

摘要

目的 探讨分析胃肠镜检查术中流程化护理的应用效果。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2025年6月进行胃肠镜检查术患者60例作为研究对象，根据抛硬币方法，按1:1比例随机分配至对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理流程，观察组采用流程优化护理，对比两组患者检查时间、并发症发生率以及患者满意度比较。结果 护理后，观察组患者的检查时间短于对照组，观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组，且观察组的满意度显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 采用流程优化护理可有效提升胃肠镜检查的质量和安全性，且还能够提升护理满意度，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of procedural nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopy.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the coin toss method, they were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group in a 1:1 ratio, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing procedures, while the observation group received optimized nursing procedures. The examination time, incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing, the examination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting process optimization nursing can effectively improve the quality and safety of gastroscopy examination, and also enhance nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
