The effect of point-to-point nursing throughout the entire process on patients after breast augmentation and its impact on VAS scores
全程点对点护理在隆胸术后患者中的效果及对VAS评分的影响

摘要

目的 分析隆胸术后患者护理工作在开展时，结合全程点对点护理获得的效果。方法 在时间上，取2024年1月到2024年12月时间段，在人员上，共选取80例，均于我院实施隆胸手术。同时进行人员分组，共划分为两组，命名为对照组、试验组，组内人数各40例，在对照组中，结合常规护理模式，在试验组中，结合全程点对点模式，观察两组护理效果。结果 对比两组VAS评分，开展护理工作前，无明显差异，不存在统计学意义，其中P>0.05，在护理后，试验组的评分更低，数据之间差异，存在统计学意义，其中P<0.05；对比两组护理满意度，试验组更高，数据之间差异，存在统计学意义，其中P<0.05。结论 隆胸术后患者护理工作时，结合全程点对点护理模式，能够减轻患者疼痛感，提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of point-to-point nursing throughout the entire process on patients after breast augmentation.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, a total of 80 patients who underwent breast augmentation surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received point-to-point nursing throughout the entire process. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.
Results Before the nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups, with no statistical significance (P > 0.05). After the nursing intervention, the VAS score of the experimental group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction with nursing care in the experimental group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Point-to-point nursing throughout the entire process for patients after breast augmentation can reduce their pain and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.
