术后随访在泌尿外科DJ管置放后延续护理中的作用及效果分析

摘要

目的 分析术后随访在泌尿外科 DJ 管置放后延续护理中的作用及效果。方法 选取2024年5月至2025年5月我院泌尿外科30-45岁行DJ管置放术的60例患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，各30例。对照组采用常规延续护理，实验组在常规延续护理基础上增加术后随访。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、护理满意度以及生活质量评分。结果 实验组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在泌尿外科 DJ 管置放后的延续护理中实施术后随访，可降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度和患者生活质量，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role and effect of postoperative follow-up in continuing nursing care after DJ tube placement in urology.
Methods Sixty patients aged 30-45 years who underwent DJ tube placement surgery in the urology department of our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine continuing care, while the experimental group received postoperative follow-up on the basis of routine continuing care. Compare the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life scores between two groups of patients.
Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of various dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing postoperative follow-up in the continued care of DJ catheter placement in urology can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction and patient quality of life, and has important clinical application value.
