Analysis of the impact of preoperative visit and education on sleep and negative emotions of preoperative patients in operating room nursing
手术室护理术前访视与宣教对术前患者睡眠与不良情绪的影响分析

摘要

目的 探析手术室护理术前访视与宣教对术前患者睡眠与不良情绪的影响。方法 按照护理干预方法不同将本院2022年1月-2023年1月期间收治的68例手术患者分为常规组（常规手术室护理；n=34）及试验组（术前访视与宣教；n=34），以睡眠质量、不良情绪对比验证2组护理效果。结果 不良情绪数据显示，护理前2组焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异小（P＞0.05），护理后试验组显低（P＜0.05）。睡眠质量数据显示，护理前2组睡眠质量评分比较差异小（P＞0.05），护理后试验组显低（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室护理术前访视与宣教能够显著缓解患者不良情绪，提升其睡眠质量，此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of preoperative nursing visits and education on the sleep and negative emotions of preoperative patients in the operating room.
Methods According to different nursing intervention methods, 68 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into a conventional group (conventional operating room nursing; n=34) and an experimental group (preoperative visit and education; n=34). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and verified by comparing sleep quality and negative emotions.
Results The negative emotion data showed that there was little difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), while the experimental group showed significantly lower scores after nursing (P<0.05). The sleep quality data showed that the difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before nursing was small (P>0.05), while the experimental group after nursing was significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Preoperative visits and education in operating room nursing can significantly alleviate patients' negative emotions and improve their sleep quality. This method is worth promoting.
