The effect of humanistic care nursing on patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit and its impact on psychological state
神经外科重症监护室患者实施人文关怀护理的效果及对心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 重点探究神经外科重症监护室患者应用人文关怀护理的效果，评估对情绪状态、生活质量以及护理满意度产生的影响。方法 界定研究起止时间为2023年1月-2024年12月，选择在上述时间段内本院神经外科重症监护室收治的患者，合计100人为研究对象，根据随机数字表法均衡划分为对照组、观察组，前者予以常规护理，后者施以人文关怀护理，对比情绪状态、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 不同护理模式应用后，观察组情绪状态、生活质量改善效果优于对照组，护理满意度较对照组显著偏高（P<0.05）。结论 予以神经外科重症监护室患者人文关怀护理在改善预后结局方面具有积极意义，可借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing on patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit and evaluate its impact on emotional state, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction.
Methods The study period was defined from January 2023 to December 2024. A total of 100 patients admitted to the neurosurgical intensive care unit of our hospital during this period were selected as the research subjects and evenly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received humanistic care nursing. The emotional state, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared.
Results After the application of different nursing models, the improvement in emotional state and quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic care nursing for patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit has a positive significance in improving the prognosis and can be recommended.
