The influence of acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the pain degree of patients after sinusitis surgery
穴位按摩中医护理对鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛程度的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对鼻窦炎术后患者应用穴位按摩中医护理的疼痛影响效果。方法 选择医院耳鼻喉科收治72例接受鼻窦炎手术的患者作为研究对象，时间范围为2024年1月-2024年12月，随机数字表法分组为对照组（n=36）和观察组 (n=36)。对照组常规护理，观察组则在此基础上应用穴位按摩中医护理，对比两组患者术后疼痛缓解情况、康复疗效、并发症率。结果 较对照组，观察组的术后疼痛评分更低，较对照组差异显著（P<0.05）；较对照组，观察组的总有效率更高，并发症率更低，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对鼻窦炎术后患者应用穴位按摩中医护理的效果极好，患者术后疼痛程度得以有效缓解，提高疗效，降低并发症发生，安全性可观，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing with acupoint massage on pain in patients after sinusitis surgery.
Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent sinusitis surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology of the hospital were selected as the research subjects. The time range was from January 2024 to December 2024. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=36) and the observation group (n=36) by the random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine care based on acupoint massage. The postoperative pain relief, rehabilitation efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower, and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher and the complication rate was lower, with significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of acupoint massage in traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients after sinusitis surgery has an excellent effect. The postoperative pain of patients can be effectively relieved, the therapeutic effect can be improved, the occurrence of complications can be reduced, and the safety is considerable. It is worthy of promotion.
