Discussion on the improvement of symptoms in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis through rehabilitation nursing
康复护理对慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者症状的改善探讨

摘要

目的 探析对慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者提供康复护理的效果及对其症状改善的影响。方法 选定慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者160例，执行节点为2024年1月—2024年12月，在数字奇偶法下将对象分组，对照组（80例）执行常规护理，基于此，实验组（80例）执行康复护理，比对组间临床症状消失时间、自护能力评分、治疗依从性。结果 相比对照组的临床症状消失时间，实验组较之要更短（P<0.05）。实验组的自护能力、治疗依从性相较于对照组均要高（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者提供康复护理的效果显著，可提升其治疗依从性、自护能力，缩短症状改善时间，有推广意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and its impact on symptom improvement.
Methods 160 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were selected, with the implementation period from January 2024 to December 2024. The subjects were divided into groups using the odd-even method. The control group (80 cases) received routine care, while the experimental group (80 cases) received rehabilitation care. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, self-care ability scores, and treatment compliance were compared between the groups.
Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The self-care ability and treatment compliance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis is significant, which can improve their treatment compliance and self-care ability, and shorten the time for symptom improvement, and has promotional significance.
