Application of personalized psychological nursing in nursing of advanced lung cancer and study on quality of life score
个性化心理护理在晚期肺癌护理中的应用及生活质量评分研究

摘要

目的 探究晚期肺癌患者护理中采用个性化心理护理的应用效果及其对患者生活质量评分的影响。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年5月在我院收治的56例晚期肺癌患者作为观察对象，随机将患者分为观察组（28例）和对照组（28例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施个性化心理护理。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量评分及患者依从性。结果 护理后，观察组心理状态评分优于对照组，生活质量评分及依从性更高，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 个性化心理护理在晚期肺癌护理中的应用效果显著，能有效改善患者心理状态，还可以提高生活质量及患者依从性，值得在临床护理上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized psychological nursing in the care of advanced lung cancer patients and its impact on patients' quality of life scores.
Methods 56 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group (28 cases) and a control group (28 cases). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received personalized psychological care. Compare the psychological status, quality of life scores, and patient compliance between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the psychological state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score and compliance were higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of personalized psychological nursing in the nursing of advanced lung cancer is significant, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, enhance their quality of life and compliance, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
