Research on the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of pediatric rotavirus enteritis
综合护理干预在小儿轮状病毒肠炎护理中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 探析综合护理干预应用于小儿轮状病毒肠炎护理中的实际成效。方法 将我院2024年2月-2025年2月收治的80例轮状病毒肠炎患儿纳入本次研究，依据信封法随机分成参考组（40例，常规护理干预）与实验组（40例，综合护理干预）。比较两组的临床指标及治疗依从性。结果 相比于参考组，在退热、止吐、止泻及住院时间上，实验组均明显更短（P<0.05）；在治疗依从性上，实验组明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 轮状病毒肠炎患儿采用综合护理干预，可有效促进患儿康复，提高治疗依从性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the actual effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the nursing of children with rotavirus enteritis.
Methods 80 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were included in this study. According to the envelope method, they were randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases, conventional nursing intervention) and an experimental group (40 cases, comprehensive nursing intervention). Compare the clinical indicators and treatment compliance between the two groups.
Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had significantly shorter fever reduction, antiemetic, antidiarrheal, and hospitalization time (P<0.05); In terms of treatment compliance, the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with rotavirus enteritis can effectively promote their recovery and improve treatment compliance.
