摘要
目的 研究小儿癫痫患儿采取多学科协作护理时的影响。方法 2024年1月-2025年1月,纳入80例患者,确诊为癫痫,采取随机掷骰子均分为两组。观察组实行多学科协作护理,对照组实行常规护理,比较护理效果。结果 满意率:观察组>对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前:两组认知能力、自护能力无差异(P>0.05);护理后:观察组认知能力、自护能力得分>对照组,对比数据有差异(P<0.05)。结论 癫痫患儿应用多学科协作护理可提高护理满意率,对于认知功能、自护能力的提升也十分显著。

Abstract
Objective To study the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on pediatric epilepsy. Methods From January 2024 to January 2025, 80 patients were included and diagnosed with epilepsy, and randomly divided into two groups by rolling dice. The observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing, and the control group received conventional nursing, and the nursing effects were compared. Results Satisfaction rate: observation group > control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before nursing: there was no difference in cognitive ability and self-care ability between the two groups (P > 0.05); after nursing: the scores of cognitive ability and self-care ability in the observation group > control group, and the comparison data were different (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in children with epilepsy can improve the nursing satisfaction rate, and it is also very significant for the improvement of cognitive function and self-care ability.
