情景教学联合微信平台教学模式在消毒供应中心的应用

摘要

目的 探讨情景教学联合微信平台教学模式对实习护理人员在消毒供应中心带教培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1月-12月在我院消毒供应中心实习护理人员42人,采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=21)和对照组(n=21)。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组在传统教学基础上,摒弃每月 ppt 理论学习方式,采用情景教学联合微信平台教学方法,主要观察指标是两组在同一时间点理论考试、技能考试及学科认同感问卷调查,次要观察指标是两组实习后对培训的评价。结果 与对照组相比,实验组在培训后1个月的理论知识考核成绩及学科认同感明显提高(P<0.05),操作技能未见明显差异。教学效果评价各项指标,观察组满意率明显高于对照组。实验组的教学评价,在生动性、互动性、积极性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情景教学联合微信平台教学模式能提高专业理论知识及服务理念,改善教学质量,对促进消毒供应中心专业人才培养有积极的作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of scenario teaching combined with WeChat platform teaching mode on the teaching and training of intern nursing staff in disinfection supply center.
Methods 42 nursing staff who interned at our disinfection supply center from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group (n=21) and a control group (n=21) using a random number table method. The control group adopted traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group abandoned the monthly PPT theoretical learning method on the basis of traditional teaching and adopted situational teaching combined with WeChat platform teaching methods. The main observation indicators were theoretical exams, skill exams, and subject identity questionnaire surveys conducted by both groups at the same time point, and the secondary observation indicators were the evaluation of training by both groups after internships. Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in theoretical knowledge assessment scores and disciplinary identity one month after training (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in operational skills. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in evaluating various indicators of teaching effectiveness. The teaching evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in terms of vividness, interactivity, and positivity (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of situational teaching and WeChat platform teaching mode can improve professional theoretical knowledge and service concepts, enhance teaching quality, and have a positive effect on promoting the cultivation of professional talents in disinfection supply centers.
