视频案例结合情景模拟教学法对本科临床护理教学质量及效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨在本科临床护理教学实习生中采取视频案例与情景模拟相结合的教学模式对教学质量及效果的影响。方法 选取本院在2023年6月至2024年6月参加临床护理教学活动的50名本科实习生,根据奇偶数法分组,随机分为对照组(传统授课教学法,25名)和观察组(视频案例+情景模拟教学法,25名)。对比两组实习生教学前后的护士核心技能(CIRN/中国注册护士核心能力测评量表)、理论知识考核成绩、临床护理实践考核成绩,以及实习生对教学模式的满意度。结果 教学后观察组实习生的CIRN护士核心技能评分、理论考核成绩、临床护理实践考核成绩均高于对照组,且实习生对教学模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在本科临床护理教学活动中采用视频案例与情景模拟相结合的教学法能提高实习生的护理核心技能,提高其理论及实践考核成绩及满意度,具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of combining video cases with scene simulation on the teaching quality and effect of undergraduate clinical nursing teaching interns.
Methods Fifty undergraduate interns who participated in clinical nursing teaching activities in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group (25 students with traditional teaching method) and observation group (25 students with video case + scenario simulation method) according to odd-even method. The two groups of interns were compared before and after teaching in the core skills of nurses (CIRN/ China Registered Nurses Core Competence Assessment Scale), theoretical knowledge assessment results, clinical nursing practice assessment results, and interns' satisfaction with the teaching mode.
Results After teaching, the CIRN nurse core skill scores, theoretical assessment scores and clinical nursing practice assessment scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the interns' satisfaction with the teaching mode was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In undergraduate clinical nursing teaching activities, the teaching method of combining video cases with scene simulation can improve the core nursing skills of interns, improve their theoretical and practical assessment results and satisfaction, and has popularization value.
