摘要
目的 在急诊科护生临床护理教学中予以引导协作式教学模式,并探讨其对急诊科护生考核成绩的影响。方法 研究样本以2023年9月至2024年4月为限定区间,收录于我院急诊科实习的学生84例并随机进行分组,42例归为对照组并实施常规教学模式,42例归为研究组并落实引导协作式教学模式,对不同分组护生考核成绩、临床教学满意度进行观察比照。结果 基于不同教学模式的应用,研究组护生理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学价值(P<0.05);研究组临床教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊科护生临床护理教学中合理应用引导协作式教学模式,可在显著提升护生考核成绩的同时,促进临床护理教学高质量开展。

Abstract
Objective To implement guided collaborative teaching model in clinical nursing teaching of emergency nursing students, and to explore its effect on the assessment scores of emergency nursing students. Methods The research sample was limited to September 2023 to April 2024. 84 students who were practicing in the emergency department of our hospital were included and randomly divided into groups. 42 cases were classified as the control group and implemented the conventional teaching model, and 42 cases were classified as the study group and implemented the guided collaborative teaching model. The assessment scores and clinical teaching satisfaction of nursing students in different groups were observed and compared. Results Based on the application of different teaching models, the theoretical test scores and operation test scores of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the clinical teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The reasonable application of guided collaborative teaching model in clinical nursing teaching of emergency nursing students can significantly improve the assessment scores of nursing students and promote the high-quality development of clinical nursing teaching.
