摘要
目的 观察在肾结石患者采用以态度-诊断-开放思维-制定计划-问题解决模式为基础的护理干预的应用效果。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年6月在我院收治的68例肾结石患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（34例）和观察组（34例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用以态度-诊断-开放思维-制定计划-问题解决模式为基础的护理干预。对比两组患者并发症发生率，疼痛及健康生活方式水平。结果 观察组并发症发生率，疼痛水平及健康生活方式水平都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 以态度-诊断-开放思维-制定计划-问题解决模式为基础的护理干预能有效改善肾结石患者预后，还能促进患者康复。

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing intervention based on attitude-diagnosis-open thinking-planning-problem solving model in patients with kidney stones. Methods A total of 68 patients with kidney stones admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (34 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention based on attitude-diagnosis-open thinking-planning-problem solving model. The incidence of complications, pain and healthy lifestyle levels of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications, pain level and healthy lifestyle level of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on attitude-diagnosis-open thinking-planning-problem solving model can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with kidney stones and promote the recovery of patients.
