个性化延续护理模式在癫痫患儿临床护理中的观察

摘要
目的 分析讨论个性化延续护理模式在癫痫患儿临床护理中的效果。方法 选择我院2022-2024所接收的56例癫痫患儿为研究对象,平均分为观察组(个性化延续护理模式)与对照组(常规护理模式),比较两组护理前后心理状况与家长满意度以及生活质量。结果 1.观察组心理状况比对照组好(P<0.05);2.观察组家长满意度(96.43%)比对照组高(P<0.05);3.观察组生活质量[躯体功能(78.32±7.23)分,角色功能(76.31±8.15)分,情绪功能(79.85±6.43)分,认知功能(82.82±9.58)分,社会功能(81.56±8.37)分]高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 个性化延续护理模式在癫痫患儿临床护理中效果明显,值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective Analyze and discuss the effectiveness of personalized continuity of care model in clinical nursing of children with epilepsy. Methods 56 children with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from 2022 to 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and were evenly divided into an observation group (personalized continuing care mode) and a control group (conventional care mode). The psychological status, parental satisfaction, and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results 1. The psychological condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); 2. The satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group (96.43%) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); 3. The quality of life of the observation group [physical function score (78.32 ± 7.23), role function score (76.31 ± 8.15), emotional function score (79.85 ± 6.43), cognitive function score (82.82 ± 9.58), social function score (81.56 ± 8.37)] was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The personalized continuity of care model has significant effects in clinical nursing of children with epilepsy and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
