The application effect of holistic nursing in interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm in neurosurgery
整体护理在神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨在神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中实施整体护理的应用效果。方法 本次研究的开展时间为2023年7月-2024年12月，总计选取300例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象，均是神经外科收治，行介入治疗。对300例患者随机分组，分配为采取不同护理措施的对照组、观察组，每组150例，分别实施常规护理、整体护理，对比两组的并发症发生率、认知功能评分、焦虑抑郁评分。结果 观察组并发症发生率明显较低（P＜0.05）；通过蒙特利尔认知评估量表（Mo-CA）评估认知功能，结果显示在护理后观察组Mo-CA评分更高（P＜0.05）；同时在护理后观察组的焦虑抑郁评分也显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将整体护理用于神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者的护理中能够有效防范并发症风险，可改善认知功能、减轻焦虑抑郁情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in the interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms in neurosurgery.
Methods This study was conducted from July 2023 to December 2024. A total of 300 patients with intracranial aneurysms were selected as the research subjects, all of whom were admitted to neurosurgery and underwent interventional treatment. 300 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with different nursing measures. Each group of 150 patients received routine nursing and holistic nursing respectively. The incidence of complications, cognitive function scores, and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. .
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05); cognitive function was assessed through the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (Mo-CA), and the results showed that the Mo-CA score in the observation group was higher after care (P<0.05). 0.05); at the same time, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group after care were also significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying holistic nursing care to patients undergoing interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms in neurosurgery can effectively prevent the risk of complications, improve cognitive function, and reduce anxiety and depression.
