Nursing analysis of ultrasound angiography during microwave ablation of thyroid nodules
甲状腺结节微波消融术中超声造影的护理分析

摘要

目的 本研究聚焦于超声造影技术引导下，甲状腺结节微波消融治疗过程中的护理干预。方法 选取了我院42名接受超声引导下微波消融手术治疗的甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象，按照随机分配原则，将其分为两组：对照组（共计21名，接受常规护理措施）与研究组（共计21名，实施围术期护理）。对两组患者的护理成效进行了详尽且系统的对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组在并发症发生率上呈现出较低水平，其护理满意度显著提升，同时，焦虑与抑郁情绪评分有所降低，且疼痛评分也呈现出更低的水平。两组间在上述各方面的差异均具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在甲状腺结节的超声引导微波消融治疗过程中，应用围手术期护理措施能够显著降低并发症的发生率，并有效缓解患者的不良情绪与疼痛感，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective This study focuses on the nursing intervention in the microwave ablation of thyroid nodules under the guidance of ultrasound angiography.
Methods A total of 42 patients with thyroid nodules who underwent ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the principle of random allocation, they were divided into two groups: a control group (a total of 21 patients, receiving conventional nursing measures) and a study group (a total of 21 patients, implementing perioperative nursing). A detailed and systematic comparative analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups of patients was conducted.
Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed a lower incidence of complications, and its nursing satisfaction was significantly improved. At the same time, the anxiety and depression scores were reduced, and the pain scores were also lower. The differences between the two groups in the above aspects were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of thyroid nodules, the application of perioperative nursing measures can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, effectively relieve patients' negative emotions and pain, and improve patient satisfaction.
