Effect of relaxing psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety and blood pressure in elderly cataract patients
放松式心理护理对老年白内障患者术前焦虑及血压的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析老年白内障手术患者采取放松式心理护理干预对其术前焦虑的改善效果。方法 研究对象从2022年7月-2023年5月期间本科室收治的老年白内障手术患者中选出76例，由患者挂号奇偶数开展分组，（38例）观察组（放松式心理护理干预）和（常规护理干预）对照组（38例）。比较分析2组白内障老年手术病人的心理指标和并发症。结果 观察组压力评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分均比对照组低（P＜0.05）；并发症总发生率，观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年白内障手术患者应用放松式心理护理干预具有理想效果，一方面可以使其术前焦虑、恐惧等不良心理得到缓解，使其以积极心态对待手术，另一方面可以降低并发症发生率，加快其康复进程，在临床上的应用价值极高。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of relaxing psychological nursing intervention on the preoperative anxiety of elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery.
Methods 76 elderly cataract surgery patients admitted to the Department from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups (38 cases) : observation group (relaxing psychological nursing intervention) and control group (routine nursing intervention) (38 cases). The psychological indexes and complications of the elderly cataract surgery patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The stress scores, depression scores and anxiety scores of observation group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of relaxation psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with cataract surgery has ideal effects on the one hand, it can relieve their preoperative anxiety, fear and other adverse psychological conditions, so that they can treat the operation with a positive attitude, on the other hand, it can reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate their rehabilitation process, and it is of high clinical application value.
