The significance of cognitive-behavioral nursing in the care of patients with depression
认知行为护理在抑郁症患者护理中的意义

摘要

目的 分析讨论认知行为护理在抑郁症患者护理中的应用意义。方法 选择医院（2023年1月-2024年3月）接收的38名抑郁症的患者当作样本，以患者基本信息为基础，平均分成两个组（观察组和对照组），两个组用不一样的方式护理（认知行为护理/常规护理），把这两个组别护理之前与之后的心理情况（焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表）和睡眠情况（匹兹堡睡眠质量指数）还有患者自我护理能力（自我护理能力量表）和心理弹性（心理弹性量表 CD-RISC）开展比较。结果 观察组心理情况、睡眠质量、自护能力、心理弹性均比对照组有显著提高（P<0.05）。结论 抑郁症患者护理中认知行为护理实施的效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective Analyze and discuss the application significance of cognitive-behavioral nursing in the care of patients with depression.
Methods 38 patients with depression admitted to the hospital (2023.01-2024.03) were selected as samples, and based on their basic information, they were evenly divided into two groups (observation group and control group). The two groups received different nursing methods (cognitive-behavioral nursing/routine nursing), and their psychological status (anxiety self-assessment scale, depression self-assessment scale) and sleep status (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) before and after nursing were compared, as well as their self-care ability (self-care ability scale) and psychological resilience (psychological resilience scale CD-RISC).
Results The psychological condition, sleep quality, self-care ability, and psychological resilience of the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of cognitive-behavioral nursing in the care of patients with depression has a significant effect and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
